Workshops have a very limited number of seats so requests for participation to the workshops will be accommodated on a first come first served basis.  Please make your reservations on time while there are still available seats.

Cancellation & Refunds

• Registrations are confirmed only upon payment receipt
• Registration fees apply as per the date of payment
• If you cannot attend the event, we are happy to accept a substitute delegate until 15 December 2016.

After this date, name changes can only be coordinated onsite with a fee of AED 100.00 per name changed

1. Cancellation must be advised via email (iapd2017dubai@gmail.com). Verbal cancellations cannot be accepted.
2. The following refund (for the current amount paid) will apply from the date of the notification:

• On or before November 15, 2016 – 100% refund
• On or before December 15, 2016 – 75% refund
• On or before January 15, 2017 – 50% refund
• After February 15, 2017 – No refund available

1. Bank Transfer: You may deposit the required registration amount at any Emirates NBD Bank branch in United Arab Emirates (UAE) or ONLINE bank transfer can be done with the following details:

No deposit slips, no registration.
